400 g Pokka Reindeer
4 small artisan pitas or flatbreads
1 tbsp olive oil
- Yogurt Sauce
200 g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 tomato, sliced
Directions
- Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Let it rest in the refrigerator to develop flavor. - Cook the Reindeer Meat:
Sauté the reindeer in a lightly oiled pan for about 3–4 minutes per side. - Warm the Breads:
Toast the pitas or flatbreads gently until warm and pliable. - Assemble the Pitas:
