200 g Pokka Reindeer Striploin
300 g cooked sushi rice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Soy sauce for serving
Directions
- Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Add the mixture to the warm rice and let it cool to room temperature.
- With moistened hands, form oval-shaped rice pieces (approx. 20–25 g each).
- Slice the reindeer striploin into thin slices (3–4 mm) if not pre-sliced.
- Place a slice of reindeer on each rice portion and press gently to secure.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
