1 kg potatoes
500 g Pokka Reindeer Meat
2 onions
2 tbsp butter
200 ml whole milk
1 egg
Salt, white pepper, nutmeg
Breadcrumbs and butter for topping
Directions
- Prepare the mash
Boil and mash the potatoes. Add butter, milk, spices, and the egg; mix until smooth. - Cook the reindeer
Sauté the reindeer meat with onions until lightly browned and fragrant. - Assemble the bake
In a greased oven dish, layer as follows: mashed potatoes, reindeer mixture, and another layer of mashed potatoes. - Finish and bake
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and small pieces of butter on top.
Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for 40–45 minutes, until golden. - Serve
Let rest briefly before serving.
