Ingredients

  • 200 g Pokka Reindeer Striploin

  • 300 g cooked sushi rice

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

  • Soy sauce for serving

Directions

  • Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Add the mixture to the warm rice and let it cool to room temperature.
  • With moistened hands, form oval-shaped rice pieces (approx. 20–25 g each).
  • Slice the reindeer striploin into thin slices (3–4 mm) if not pre-sliced.
  • Place a slice of reindeer on each rice portion and press gently to secure.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
