Ingredients

  • Pokka Cold-Smoked Reindeer Slices – 120g

  • 1 pack frozen square pizza dough

  • 150 g (5.3 oz) turkey bacon

  • 150 g (5.3 oz) aged cheddar cheese, sliced

  • 200 ml (6.8 fl oz) cooking cream

  • Lettuce or baby spinach leaves

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ketchup

  • Extra virgin olive oil or neutral vegetable oil

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Grill the Base
    Cut the pizza dough into three equal square sheets. Grill each piece on both sides until golden. On the final flip, add cheddar cheese to one piece to melt.
  • Assemble First Layer
    Spread mayonnaise on the two other grilled dough pieces. Place turkey bacon over the melted cheese layer.
  • Second Layer
    Place one mayo-covered piece over the bacon, mayo side down. Top this layer with fresh lettuce or baby spinach and arrange cold-smoked reindeer slices on top. Season with pepper.
  • Finish and Serve
    Cover with the third piece of pizza dough. Cut diagonally to form two triangles. Garnish each with a decorative cut of cold-smoked reindeer. Mix equal parts mayonnaise and ketchup for a classic Nordic pink sauce and serve on the side.
